Job Description

The Commercial Development Director will be responsible for spearheading growth and expansion initiatives across various sectors, including government and commercial markets. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of business development strategies, marketing principles, government procurement processes, and commercial market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development professionals to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute business strategies for expanding into new markets, focusing on both government and commercial sectors.
  3. Marketing Integration: Incorporate marketing strategies into business development initiatives, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors, utilizing a consultative approach to understand and meet their needs.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team in a business development or related role.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
