At Aurora Innovations, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive the growth of our sales department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the overall success of our company.

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven individual to manage the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with existing clients, handling and resolving complaints, processing reorders, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for acquiring new customers, organizing trade shows and showrooms, and planning and conducting customer meetings independently. Your creative ideas will be valued and incorporated into all areas of the company.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail industry, a background in fashion or business, and an analytical and business-oriented mindset with a passion for sales. You will also require excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a valid driver's license. An interest in fashion and brands is a plus.
