Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale College Place. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, working with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads, and partnering with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth and occupancy goals.
  • Support the development of sales and marketing strategies, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
