Automation Systems Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Engineer with a robust background in programming and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess approximately 5-7+ years of relevant experience in automation programming.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Rockwell Automation technologies.
  • Experience with Cognex and Keyence vision systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with SCARA robotic systems is required.
  • Conduct Validation Protocols including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for pharmaceutical and medical device machinery.
  • Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) effectively.
  • Understand regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Knowledge of NFPA-79 standards is necessary.
  • Capable of troubleshooting machine and PLC programming issues efficiently.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in automation processes.
