As a Quality Assurance Engineer at LTTS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our products throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Engagement in Development Cycle: Actively engage in the product development process by reviewing relevant documentation, conducting product risk evaluations, and collaborating closely with the Product Development Team to establish suitable verification and validation testing criteria.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate overall product risk by leading the creation of risk management instruments, including risk management reports and failure mode and effects analyses (FMEAs).
- Data Analysis: Gather, scrutinize, and interpret statistical information. Conduct analyses and prepare reports for management as necessary.
- Process Validation Support: Contribute to the successful execution of Process Validation initiatives by facilitating validation master plans and the qualification activities essential for compliance with validation standards. This may encompass Process Flows, Control Plans, Design of Experiments, Measurement Systems Analyses, and Process Capability Analyses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with various project team members and the extended Quality Assurance team to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Timeline Management: Monitor timelines and ensure the timely delivery of required Quality Engineering outputs.
- Quality Engineering Implementation: Assist with projects and ensure the proper and consistent application of quality engineering methodologies.
- Support to Quality Groups: Provide assistance to other quality teams to ensure the efficient fulfillment of project objectives.
- Problem Solving: Offer solutions to a diverse range of complex challenges. Work autonomously to identify and develop innovative, comprehensive, and feasible solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Guidance on Risk Management: Offer insights on the principles of risk management standards as they pertain to the new product development processes for mechanical medical devices.
