Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced electrical control systems.
  • Utilize programming expertise in PLCs (Allen Bradley), HMIs, and Vision Systems (Cognex).
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting of Data Acquisition Systems (LabVIEW).
  • Apply extensive knowledge of machine motion controls, including servo and pneumatic systems.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical, pneumatic, and machine guarding safety standards.
  • Perform equipment risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to Lean Design and Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in DFA, PFMEA, IQ, MSA, OQ, and PQ methodologies.
  • Drive automation strategies and implementation for complex assembly development.
  • Exhibit strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical controls and automation design.
