Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative with The Thornton Group, you will play a crucial role in helping clients explore their options for supplemental health products. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Community Involvement: Connecting with local leaders and businesses to enhance our community presence and foster trust.
- Lead Generation: Utilizing our referral-based strategy to generate high-quality leads and expand our client base.
- Training and Development: Participating in comprehensive training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and sales techniques.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus, but not required
