Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our outside sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the greater Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County areas.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives. Prior experience with outsourced business services is highly recommended, as is prior business ownership. Other essential skills and qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Strong networking and lead generation skills, including cold calling, referrals, and networking events.
- An ability to build strong relationships with customers and close business deals.
- Experience selling to owners and/or C-level executives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to use it effectively.
