Insurance Business Development Representative

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join John Avery - State Farm Agent as a key member of the team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses, makes this a lucrative career path for those who are driven and motivated. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
