Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the K-12 education sector.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, adding value to existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a winning sales personality, a strong commitment to achieving results, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sell Virtucom Service Solutions to K-12 school districts
- Travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects
- Earn the position of advisor to customers
- Forecast sales (weekly)
- Develop and maintain sales strategies/plans
- Build productive long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Any two or four year degree
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computing skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Strong attention to detail following processes in building quotes, responding to SLED RFP/Bids
- Willingness to participate in coaching and knowledge exercises
- Tools: Excel, Microsoft office, NetSuite CRM, Outlook
