We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative for our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset, be self-driven, results-oriented, and demonstrate strong relationship-building and management skills, along with exceptional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell TME's product range;
- Provide outstanding customer service;
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships;
- Process and manage customer purchase orders;
- Organize and respond to customer quote requests;
- Address customer inquiries accurately across various channels (e.g., email, phone, webchat);
- Prepare tailored offers for clients;
- Assess customer needs and foster long-term relationships;
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues;
- Achieve personal and team sales objectives;
- Generate sales documentation in accordance with orders;
- Provide feedback and reports to management;
- Maintain and grow the client database within the designated area;
- Participate in meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferably in technical fields such as electronics, electrotechnics, or automation);
- Fluent in English;
- Familiarity with electronics, electrical engineering, or automation is advantageous;
- Proficient in computer usage and effective communication;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Aptitude for building customer relationships;
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
