StretchLab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitness Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities at our new location.

Role Summary: The successful candidate will primarily concentrate on enhancing studio sales and membership enrollments. This position entails approximately 80-90% of time dedicated to sales efforts and 10-20% to team management and operational duties. Responsibilities include attracting new members, generating leads, conducting studio tours, scheduling appointments, fostering community partnerships, and supervising the studio staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads with a target of over 250 calls weekly
  • Coordinate offsite marketing and sales events in partnership with local businesses
  • Manage and track sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop a sales process for onboarding prospects into introductory classes
  • Enhance membership sales through external outreach and business development
  • Oversee the performance of Sales Representatives and Flexologists
  • Manage staff scheduling and operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales
  • Experience in launching new fitness facilities (preferred)
  • Background in membership sales (preferred)
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the studio owner
  • Proficient in managing revenue streams from memberships and retail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about fitness and wellness
  • Highly organized with excellent data management capabilities
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to improvements
  • Familiarity with computer operations and studio management software
