Role Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving studio sales and managing memberships. This position is primarily focused on sales activities, with a smaller portion dedicated to staff management and operational duties. Responsibilities include enrolling new clients, generating leads, conducting studio tours, scheduling appointments, fostering community partnerships, and supervising the studio team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads with a target of over 250 calls weekly
  • Coordinate offsite marketing and sales events in partnership with local businesses
  • Manage sales targets and key performance indicators effectively
  • Develop a structured sales process for introducing prospects to classes
  • Enhance membership sales through external outreach and business development
  • Oversee the performance of Sales Representatives and Flexologists
  • Handle staff scheduling and management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales
  • Experience in launching new fitness facilities (preferred)
  • Background in membership sales (preferred)
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the studio owner
  • Expertise in managing revenue streams from memberships and retail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong passion for fitness and wellness
  • Highly organized with excellent data management capabilities
  • Attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in using computer systems and studio management software
