Job DescriptionThis is a Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing account strategies, fostering executive relationships, and collaborating with various departments to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
- Foster executive relationships and collaborate with various departments to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead a team to drive sales of cybersecurity solutions across the Bay Area.
- Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director with a strong background in cybersecurity sales and proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate should have:
- 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products.
- A strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems, and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills; both internally and externally.
- Ability to work remotely and be able and willing to travel on short notice.
The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
