CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Cybersecurity Sales Director to join our Field Sales team in the Seattle, Bay Area, or SoCal metropolitan areas.

Job Overview

This is a Director-level opportunity that requires a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in cybersecurity software and infrastructure products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding booking and revenue targets, as well as experience leading a team of senior sales professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, long-term opportunity management.
  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
  • Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
  • Successful experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
What You'll Get

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
