Position Overview:

As the EHS Regional Manager for the Americas, you will be responsible for spearheading Adobe's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategies throughout the region. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to safety regulations and corporate policies, fostering a secure workplace for all employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead EHS initiatives across the Americas.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies to uphold a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and Site Managers to align EHS objectives.
  • Conduct thorough audits, inspections, and safety investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement emergency response strategies and training programs.
  • Promote continuous enhancement within the EHS framework.
  • Incorporate EHS considerations into business operations.
  • Manage the EHS budget for the region effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Safety Engineering.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive EHS experience, including 3-5 years in a regional management capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global EH&S regulations, particularly within the technology sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful EHS programs.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Proficient in computer applications and quick to learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the Software/Technology industry.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CSP or CIH.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
  • ISO 14001/45001 and/or Emergency Management Certification.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $118,300 to $215,900 annually, depending on location and experience level.
