Compensation: $50.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Seismic sales enablement platform utilized by various teams within the organization, including Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. This position reports directly to the Manager of Marketing Communications and is responsible for providing expertise and assistance related to the Seismic platform, particularly for the Pharma Services Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Seismic platform, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for users and content creators; provide technical assistance and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate user requests and manage access permissions in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Address user inquiries and content-related issues on the Seismic platform, ensuring that relevant authors are notified.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the platform and remain updated on new features; recommend business applications and prioritize adoption strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Seismic customer success manager.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Training teams to enhance and integrate the use of Seismic in alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Modify the Seismic site as necessary, creating new pages and widgets to meet business and user requirements.
  • Analyze user engagement metrics, search queries, and content performance; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create educational materials and user guides to assist colleagues in maximizing their use of Seismic.
  • Support the upload of content to Seismic, conduct regular content reviews, and notify authors of required updates.
  • Assist the Manager of Marketing Communications with initiatives aimed at increasing user engagement and value generation.
  • Manage and execute additional projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in marketing or sales operations within a complex business-to-business environment, along with 2 years of administrative support experience for Seismic.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to excel in a virtual team setting.
  • Proficient in learning new systems quickly.
