Each Community Manager is entrusted with full responsibility for managing their assigned portfolio of associations. It is crucial to maintain integrity, loyalty, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times when interacting with colleagues and clients. The highest standards of professionalism must be upheld in all communications with board members and homeowners, as well as in the materials produced for each community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a designated portfolio of associations as assigned by management.
  • Address and resolve issues reported by board members and homeowners.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Board of Directors to facilitate sound, prudent, and lawful business decisions.
  • Ensure completion of all daily, monthly, and annual deliverables as scheduled.
  • Facilitate board and annual meetings.
  • Review all financial statements of the Association on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare a Management and Directors' Report for each Board meeting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in community association management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage associations to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors.
  • A college degree is preferred.
