Healthcare Sales Executive, Regional Focus

We are experiencing remarkable growth and are looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Executive in the healthcare sector to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate new and repeat business by establishing robust connections with key clients and stakeholders. Regular visits to children's hospitals, ABA facilities, healthcare organizations, health systems, and specialized care centers will be essential to identify and address both emerging and ongoing requirements.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a specific geographical territory, which may encompass multiple states.
- Collaborating with Sales leadership to develop, adjust, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Engaging in clear, respectful, and concise communication with Inside Partners during regular meetings with various internal departments and sales channels to enhance collaboration and drive sales growth.
- Building relationships with healthcare organizational leaders, key decision-makers, government officials, and community organizations to foster innovative learning environments for children in healthcare settings.
- Staying informed about local, state, and national trends and funding opportunities in early learning and K–12 education as they relate to healthcare.
- Participating in local, state, and national conferences to represent the Lakeshore brand.
- Developing strong relationship skills with both Internal and External Partners.
- Collaborating with your Inside Sales team and Marketing department to refine messaging and promotional materials tailored to your markets.
- Partnering with Sales, Retail, and our Professional Services Group to address the educational needs of children in relation to healthcare services.
Qualifications We Seek:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time as required within the designated territory, including overnight stays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- A collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
