Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Team Management: Build, lead, and motivate a team of 5-6 Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the company.
  • Client Relationship: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored sales solutions.
Requirements
  • Self-Starter: A self-motivated individual who takes initiative and is proactive in achieving sales goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Energy Knowledge: Familiarity with the energy industry and its trends is a plus.
