Job Description

AdAdapted is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our expanding Agency sales team. As a senior sales professional, you will possess deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and how to work with & sell to Digital Media Agencies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive agency knowledge, connections, both key decision makers & Sr Exec's, who work within the CPG vertical. You will also demonstrate a proven track record of selling programmatic / managed service products/services.

You will own:

  • Securing and conducting virtual or on-site client presentations with digital / shopper agencies as well as agency eComm/Commerce Teams to build awareness and adoption of our unique mobile, in-app ad / insights Shopping List Marketing platform.
  • Leverage business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management.
  • Identify and prioritize effort against key decision makers across large holding companies, as well as their internal business partners and agencies. with multiple levels within the agencies advertiser executives to drive deal growth
  • Meeting / Exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system
  • Providing field level input to the Marketing & Product Marketing teams

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years proven experience selling digital media campaigns including CPG experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota within media, ad-tech, & martech
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing
  • A viable, current network of digital media Agencies & Contacts
  • Proven experience managing a sales and/or business development team preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
