Role Summary: The Commercial Lines Account Executive will oversee and service a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, including sectors such as Property, Lessors Risk, Trucking, Construction, Armed Security, Architectural Firms, and Condominium Associations. This position demands a strategic approach, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the commercial insurance environment. Collaboration with our marketing team, underwriters, and clients is essential to ensure that all insurance requirements are addressed with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with a varied client base, delivering tailored insurance solutions that cater to their specific needs.
- Strategic Implementation: Partner with the marketing team to devise and execute effective strategies that enhance client satisfaction and foster business growth.
- Account Management: Utilize Applied Epic software for efficient account management, ensuring all client interactions are recorded and policies are current.
- Client Support: Provide assistance to clients regarding policy coverage inquiries, claims processes, and offer expert guidance on insurance matters. Collaborate closely with underwriters to secure optimal coverage options while balancing client needs with risk management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
- Licensure: A 220 Insurance License is required.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercial lines, particularly in Property, Lessors Risk, Trucking, Construction, Armed Security, Architectural Firms, and Condominium Associations.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work in the office Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
