About the Position: As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with a specialization in condominium accounts, you will be instrumental in upholding and enhancing the agency's service standards and client retention strategies. Your proficiency will be vital in navigating a competitive insurance landscape. This role requires significant client engagement, innovative marketing approaches, and meticulous attention to detail in crafting renewal proposals and evaluating coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional service to our condominium portfolio, concentrating on mid-sized and large accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to ascertain their requirements, ensuring the highest service quality.
  • Marketing Strategies & Renewals: Utilize inventive marketing strategies and develop comprehensive renewal proposals.
  • Coverage Evaluation: Assess coverage options and programs, review policies, and recommend additional coverage as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Licensing Requirements: A valid 220 P&C License is mandatory. Additional insurance certifications are advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in commercial property and casualty insurance, particularly with condominium accounts.
  • Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of the Florida insurance market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Applied/TAM Management System is a plus.
