Job Title: John Deere Internet Sales Representative

C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a John Deere Internet Sales Representative. This role is responsible for representing the company with online sales of agricultural and turf products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the sale of residential and agricultural equipment to customers
  • Manage and follow up on all sales leads generated from social media and web traffic
  • Identify and suggest complementary products for customers to enhance their purchasing experience
  • Provide customers with all aspects of the quote, including taxes, trade-in value, discounts, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits of equipment
  • Monitor website traffic and collaborate with the marketing team to adjust our marketing strategy
  • Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with their purchase
  • Arrange for delivery with applicable store personnel to meet delivery agreements made during the sales process
Requirements:
  • Based in Sioux Falls, SD at our Field Support Office
  • Agriculture equipment/outdoor power equipment sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Ag Business or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions
