Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our People Operations team at Collectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees and managers, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related needs, including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, workers' compensation, and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with partner teams across People to ensure fundamental HR services and day-to-day operations are smoothly delivered.
- Understand and interpret company policies and procedures to answer employee questions.
- Execute HRIS tasks and transactions, ensuring changes flow appropriately throughout our systems to support data integrity and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee policies and data, including employee records, I-9 verification documents, benefits and leave data.
- Assist with administration of employment verifications, personnel files, unemployment, tax notices, disability claims, and labor law posters.
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- 1-3 years of experience in Administration or Human Resources; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Tech savvy with the ability to easily learn and use new software (G-Suite, HRIS).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a core focus on ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Adaptable to the changing needs of a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
- Self-starter, proactive, and a team player where no task is too small.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and organizational policies.
