Vice President of Retirement Solutions

Overview:
As a key leader at USI Holdings Corporation, you will engage with our employee benefit and property & casualty clientele to transition existing Defined Contribution (DC) plans to our preferred service platform. Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth by identifying lucrative cross-selling opportunities, nurturing relationships with USI producers, leading client outreach initiatives, collaborating with strategic partners, analyzing publicly available retirement data, and executing targeted marketing strategies.
- Oversee various aspects of the sales process, including making calls, organizing meetings, developing presentations and support materials, and following up on tasks.
- Gather plan data and other necessary information to obtain provider proposals.
- Conduct thorough analytical reviews of current plan documents and proposals, focusing on pricing, product service capabilities, and collaborating with department leaders for final presentations.
- Collaborate with product providers and internal service teams to ensure seamless implementation of retirement plan services.
- Perform annual evaluations of plan health and coordinate educational meetings for employees.
- Work alongside product providers to implement essential modifications to plans or services.
- Manage and retain a designated portfolio of clients, addressing inquiries related to plan specifics and vendor services.
- Continuously assess service quality to ensure that client deliverables are consistently met.
- Stay informed about developments in retirement plan legislation, recordkeeper pricing/products, and technological advancements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retirement sales role.
- Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Required licenses include SIE, Series 6, 63 & 65 or Series 7 & 66, along with a State life license or a commitment to obtain one.
- In-depth knowledge of 401(k) Defined Contribution plans.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
