KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the multi-year strategic sales planning for SBS: create short, mid, and long-term strategies based on data-driven analysis.
  • Assist in developing business cases for various strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Leaders across departments to structure and analyze complex business challenges and identify actionable solutions.
  • Partner with the business development team to assess partnership opportunities.
  • Create persuasive presentations (using Microsoft PowerPoint) that clearly communicate strategic options and facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales Transformation, Sales Operations, Program Management, Change Management, and/or process enhancement with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing teams.
  • The ideal candidate should be adept at managing multiple projects with varying complexities in a fast-paced and intricate environment.
  • Skilled in solution design – capable of guiding the team toward optimal solutions that enhance both effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Experience in setting strategic direction and managing cross-functional teams, with a readiness to engage personally in the work.
  • Proven history of driving initiatives that yield tangible, sustainable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in influencing and aligning with senior management. Proven facilitation skills to guide a team toward achieving project objectives.
  • Able to navigate effectively in a matrix environment, influencing multi-directional and non-linear relationships.
