El Vicepresidente (VP) de Operaciones de la Región Central es responsable de la gestión operativa de los sitios de práctica ambulatoria del Grupo Médico en ubicaciones comunitarias.

El VP de Operaciones de la Región Central prioriza, crea y desarrolla objetivos organizacionales y planes de implementación necesarios para lograr los objetivos de práctica multispecialidad y el crecimiento a largo plazo.
También será responsable de la evaluación general y el proceso para aumentar y mantener altos niveles de calidad en la atención al paciente y la seguridad del empleado en todas las prácticas.
Este VP supervisa y gestiona los recursos necesarios para mejorar la rentabilidad y la eficiencia.Este VP gestiona el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio, revisa los datos de gestión operativa, los presupuestos, los informes de cumplimiento relacionados con HIPAA y las actividades, así como todas las leyes, políticas y regulaciones aplicables que rigen el grupo médico.

Responsabilidades del Trabajo
Colabora con el liderazgo hospitalario de RWJBarnabas Health de la Región Central para asegurar la alineación con los objetivos comunitarios y regionales
Colabora con otros vicepresidentes médicos regionales para garantizar que la implementación de los objetivos y metas del grupo médico se aplique de manera consistente en todas las regiones
Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los líderes de la Línea de Servicio respectiva en apoyo de los planes estratégicos de la Línea de Servicio
Desarrolla relaciones de trabajo positivas con numerosos servicios corporativos y de MSO, incluyendo Ciclo de Ingresos, Tecnología de la Información, Credenciales, Codificación, Instalaciones y Bienes Raíces, Recursos Humanos, Reclutamiento de Médicos, Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Gestión Financiera y otras áreas para asegurar que se logren los KPIs y resultados de servicio apropiados
Trabaja como socio dyad con el Director Médico, líderes médicos regionales y locales, y otros clínicos en apoyo de la comunicación, el trabajo en equipo y la colaboración apropiados
Asegura que la calidad, seguridad y adecuación de los servicios de atención al paciente se revisen y evalúen regularmente y que se implementen acciones adecuadas según los hallazgos
Utiliza una variedad de retroalimentación y trabaja en colaboración con el liderazgo, la gestión de prácticas y el personal para identificar y perseguir oportunidades de mejora
Establece y revisa estándares para todas las áreas para lograr la máxima eficiencia de costos y rendimiento operativo
Define, desarrolla e implementa políticas y procedimientos que guíen y apoyen la provisión de servicios en prácticas específicas
Realiza recomendaciones efectivas de personal para las necesidades actuales y futuras de la práctica/departamento
Mejora el tipo y alcance de los servicios requeridos para satisfacer las necesidades de los pacientes y del grupo médico
Monitorea el retorno neto de programas individuales y realiza análisis de costos
Aplica principios financieros a los presupuestos operativos/capital anuales que apoyan los objetivos del departamento
Aprueba documentos que requieren firma, incluyendo tarjetas de tiempo, órdenes de compra, contratos y otros documentos apropiados
Requisitos del Trabajo
Título universitario en Negocios, Administración de Salud o campo relacionado
Título de maestría en Negocios, Administración de Salud o campo relacionado preferido
Siete a diez años de experiencia gerencial progresiva en gestión de prácticas médicas comunitarias y académicas o en otro entorno aplicable requerido
Compromiso comprobado con la entrega de servicios de calidad y el logro de la misión organizacional requerido
