Job Title: Top-Performing Executive Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled freelance recruiter based in Colombia to help us find top talent for our luxury real estate investment firm, Lot Squared Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your understanding of the Colombian talent market to source and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial 15-minute Zoom screens to evaluate communication skills, English language proficiency, and verify experience.
  • Identify candidates who align with our company culture and the specific needs of each role.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to provide feedback and refine the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting, with a strong focus on the Colombian market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual communication platforms.
