Key Responsibilities- Develop trust with hiring managers by communicating effectively, delivering on deadlines, and maintaining candidate relationships.
- Strategize with executives, senior business leaders, and cross-functional teams to attract and close top talent.
- Direct the candidate interview experience, preparing them for the interview process and partnering with senior leaders to close them.
- Source prospective candidates, evaluate applications, conduct recruiter interviews, and submit candidates to hiring managers.
- Document candidate information daily within the Applicant Tracking System and the Recruiting Tracker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and initiatives.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to organize and manage time efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive Recruiting and HR matters.
- 2+ years of executive recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of legal recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of staffing agency experience.
