Job Overview

About CINQCARE

CINQCARE is a community-driven, provider-led organization dedicated to enhancing health and care for those in need. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of individuals who require care the most by eliminating barriers and offering services within the community, prioritizing in-home care whenever feasible.

We recognize the significance of race and culture in achieving effective healthcare outcomes. Our approach integrates these factors into our care delivery, fostering a culture of understanding and support for our patients and their unique needs.

Our commitment extends to local healthcare professionals, caregivers, and services that address the holistic needs of individuals rather than merely treating symptoms. We strive to achieve better health outcomes for both individuals and the communities they inhabit.

CINQCARE is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of marginalized populations, particularly Black and Brown communities, in their homes and neighborhoods. This mission necessitates a collaborative effort across all organizational levels to fulfill our purpose. We aspire to create a world where health and care are not burdensome, as we believe that providing care is a privilege.
