About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining the alignment and efficiency of our team, ensuring that we remain focused and on task as we strive to exceed client expectations. This key member of our client service team ensures excellent client and candidate experiences while handling communication, scheduling, data updates, and more.

Ideal Qualifications and Qualities
  • Associate's degree or higher and 2+ years of direct client service work, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with diverse global business leaders is preferred.
  • Embraces productivity and communication software tools and adapts to changes in technology.
  • Has been entrusted with sensitive, confidential information.
  • Has contributed to high-performance, competitive teams.
  • Can rebalance and reprioritize duties and tasks as situations change day to day.
  • Has handled team planning and scheduling.
  • Has mature/advanced communication abilities, including in-person, video calls, email, Slack, SMS, etc.
  • Is highly conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Is vocal and proactive—always looking to improve how their team works.
  • Can work during standard business hours (within the Pacific time zone) and has the flexibility to work outside of standard hours on occasion.

  • The full pay range for the Recruiting Coordinator position is $24 to $32 per hour, which represents pay for those of varying levels of qualification and experience. Most new hires are hired lower in the pay range and provided opportunities to elevate pay over time. We also have an annual target bonus program of approximately 5% to 8%.
Benefits
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance effective the first day of the month following 30 days of continuous employment. At this time, Parker Remick covers all insurance premiums for employees who work at least 35 hours per week.
  • Seven paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Paid time off during company-wide shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
  • Employees who work a minimum of 20 hours or more per week are eligible to accrue up to 12 days of paid vacation time in the first year.
  • After 6 months of employment, you may be eligible to participate in the Firm's 401(k) plan.
  • One paid volunteer day per year.
  • One paid social justice day per year.
  • Remote-first approach.
