Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for driving our talent management strategy and collaborating with sourcers and engineering leaders to define hiring needs. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and development of Anduril's world-class team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top technical talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Source and engage passive candidates using various techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strings
  • Conduct interviews and demonstrate a high interview-to-offer ratio
  • Build and maintain talent maps to inform engagement strategies
  • Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles
  • 5+ years of client interaction experience, including working with hiring managers and taking new requirements
  • Experience acting in a consultative manner to improve outcomes and candidate experience
  • Clear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation and fit
  • Experience managing candidate funnels and tracking progress
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced startup environment
  • Ideal experience recruiting for cleared talent in the defense industry
  • Experience recruiting for electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, mechanical engineers, or technicians
