Salary and Benefits
We offer an hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour plus commission pay, resulting in average hourly earnings of $20-30 per hour after commissions.
Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits, including low-cost medical insurance options starting at $5 per week, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Description
As a Sales and Lead Generation Representative, you will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores.
You will engage with customers to discuss heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings opportunities.
Your primary goal is to generate leads for free in-home consultations or sell home performance tune-ups, paving the way for one of our industry experts to take over.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently in a retail environment, and have a driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
Sales experience is preferred but not required; a vibrant personality can compensate for this.
Reliable transportation, a clean appearance, and the ability to stand/walk during shift duration are essential requirements.
Bonus Information
- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.
- Thursday through Sunday shifts.
- Hours may vary but typically are from 10:00am – 4:00pm.
