About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. This key management role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office department, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff within Rooms Division, primarily Front Desk, including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff.
  • Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements with Sales and Catering Department.
  • Ensure all financial and credit procedures are followed, including reviewing paid-outs, rebates, and direct billings.
  • Take action in matters related to guest safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Check guests in and out, arrange for luggage delivery, and issue correct keys.
  • Utilize computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for arriving guests.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in hotel rooms operations, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
  • Knowledge of property management systems required, Opera knowledge preferred.
  • Strong business and work ethic required.
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and positively.
  • Above average communication skills, both written and oral.
