Job Overview

Are you seeking a fulfilling leadership role with prior experience in front office management? We are in search of a Front Office Operations Supervisor to guide our exceptional team. In this position, you will oversee the reception area, manage front office personnel, uphold hotel standards, and guarantee outstanding guest services.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and oversee front desk personnel, ensuring they deliver top-notch guest services and adhere to hotel policies.
  • Compile financial data and prepare reports for the general manager.
  • Engage with guests both in-person and via phone, assist with inquiries, and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Direct front desk operations to ensure guests enjoy a remarkable stay.
  • Assist in managing the front desk budget and procure office supplies as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector, particularly with Hilton.
  • Strong bookkeeping capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within front office operations or a related field.
  • Exceptional multitasking, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
