Front Office Operations Supervisor

Are you seeking a fulfilling leadership role in the hospitality sector? We are in search of a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee our exceptional team at Homewood Suites by Hilton Davidson. In this position, you will manage the reception area, guide front office personnel, uphold hotel standards, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Compensation:$40,000 - $50,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Train and lead front desk personnel, ensuring they deliver superior guest services and adhere to hotel policies.
- Compile financial data and prepare reports for the general manager.
- Engage with guests both in-person and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving any complaints.
- Oversee front desk operations to guarantee an exceptional stay for all guests.
- Assist in managing the front desk budget and procure office supplies as necessary.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Hilton.
- Strong bookkeeping abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the front office or similar capacity in the hospitality field.
- Demonstrated exceptional multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.
