About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Team Lead to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of guests in and out of our hotel, while providing exceptional levels of service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Standards: Ensure that all guest service standards are being applied consistently and that all hotel and department policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the Front Office Manager, Front Desk Associates, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training plans for Front Office staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Expense Tracking: Responsible for tracking and maintaining expenses related to the Front Office and Marketplace.
  • Scheduling: Assist in the development and submission of weekly work schedules for Front Desk Employees.
  • Group Arrivals: Ensure that Front Desk Associates are fully informed and prepared for group arrivals, as per group resumes.
  • Departmental Communication: Develop effective departmental communication and information systems using communication logs, department meetings, and hotel meetings.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to guests' concerns and work well in groups.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and employee relation skills, with the ability to mentor, train, and develop staff.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other relevant software.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation

The compensation for this position is $50,000.00/Yr. - $50,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
