Position Overview
The Office Coordinator and Administrative Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, which comprises approximately 130 dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member.
- Greet and assist visitors and manage deliveries effectively.
- Handle and organize incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails.
- Systematically label and categorize insurance documents.
- Compile and dispatch insurance documents to clients or brokers.
- Prepare packets for auto insurance cards, certificates, and related paperwork.
- Retrieve necessary documents from insurance provider websites.
- Provide clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Coordinate the reception desk schedule to ensure coverage.
- Facilitate the use of conference room technology, manage event calendars, and support the operation of copiers and phone systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
