Position Overview

Are you seeking a role that allows you to contribute to a dynamic team environment? We are currently in search of an Administrative Assistant to support our operations at SMA Advantage, LLC. The work schedule consists of Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 2:30 pm. Compensation ranges from $16 to $18 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing documentation for the legal department
  • Welcome clients and visitors
  • Perform data entry, filing, and scanning tasks
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process payments from clients

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
