As a Senior Director of Sales Operations, your role will encompass...

You will be a data-driven and seasoned leader in Sales Operations, dedicated to collaborating with sales teams and establishing processes that enhance revenue and elevate customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will extend beyond Sales, as you will engage with various departments to refine go-to-market strategies and facilitate customer lifecycle milestones and revenue forecasting. Key aspects of this position include the stewardship and enhancement of the sales technology toolkit, sales analytics, and sales enablement initiatives, with a significant emphasis on annual strategic planning. You will act as a strategic consultant to our Chief Revenue Officer, proactively addressing the evolving needs of the organization. This position offers a unique chance to lead and develop a nascent operations team while shaping the operational roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include...
  1. Championing a proactive sales culture by managing the global sales operations strategy, which includes quarterly planning, resource allocation, and the creation of operational roadmaps.
  2. Collaborating with Sales and Finance leadership to assist in compensation design, territory assignments, quota target establishment, and operational reporting.
  3. Partnering with global sales leaders to enhance sales forecasting and opportunity management.
  4. Ensuring effective delivery of sales enablement training across all levels of the sales organization.
  5. Streamlining the sales organization’s technology stack, including the implementation and selection of new tools.
  6. Overseeing systems administration, including report generation, process optimization, and dashboard management, while ensuring adherence to CRM data integrity.
  7. Working with Marketing and Business Development to establish processes that ensure reliable data around lead generation, enhancing pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy.
  8. Coordinating with Information Technology teams to uphold systems and information security.
  9. Building strong internal relationships with key management personnel to foster collaboration across various departments.
Your qualifications will include...
  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing sales operations, analytics, and enablement within a SaaS environment.
  2. In-depth knowledge of sales segmentation, account tiering, territory planning, quota setting, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
  3. A proven ability to translate high-level sales strategies into actionable operational practices.
  4. Experience in implementing consistent operational sales practices across a distributed organization with a focus on customer-centric approaches.
  5. Strong familiarity with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  7. A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, finance, or business-related discipline.
