About the Growth Marketing TeamThe Growth Marketing Team spearheads the company's initiatives to attract new customers through multiple channels. Our mission extends beyond merely expanding our audience; we aim to enhance traffic and conversion rates while maintaining low customer acquisition costs. With a compelling chef-driven narrative and an outstanding product, we are positioned to redefine the chef-centric marketplace.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping our channel growth strategy to enhance customer acquisition across both digital and traditional platforms. Your role will involve:
- Strategically optimizing all online and offline acquisition channels, including but not limited to social media, search engines, direct mail, and broadcast media.
- Managing a substantial budget across various channels to drive customer and revenue growth.
- Defining the performance marketing strategy and establishing business plans that support sustainable growth.
- Overseeing all marketing activities and budgets, ensuring effective allocation across channels.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to refine our understanding of target customers and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team while collaborating with external partners to achieve optimal results.
- Over 10 years of experience in online direct-to-consumer marketing within high-growth companies.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a performance marketing role.
- Proven expertise in launching and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
