Role ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping our customer acquisition strategy across both digital and traditional channels. Your role will involve:
- Strategically enhancing and optimizing all online and offline acquisition channels, including social media platforms, search engines, direct mail, and broadcast media.
- Managing a substantial budget across various channels to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Defining the performance marketing strategy and developing comprehensive business plans to achieve sustainable growth.
- Overseeing marketing activities and budgets across all channels, ensuring optimal performance and conversion rates.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to deepen our understanding of target customers and effectively manage key performance indicators.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing in-house marketing team while collaborating with external partners for optimal results.
- Over 10 years of experience in online direct-to-consumer marketing within high-growth consumer-facing companies.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a performance marketing or commercially-focused role.
- Proven expertise in launching and optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading innovative marketing programs that yield measurable results.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a high energy level and a strong drive for success.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing hands-on initiatives that create immediate impact.
- Collaborative leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
