Role ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be instrumental in shaping our customer acquisition strategy across both digital and traditional channels. Your primary focus will be on accelerating user growth within CookUnity's target demographics while ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategically enhancing and optimizing all online and offline acquisition channels, including social media, search engines, direct mail, and broadcast media.
- Overseeing a substantial budget across various channels to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Defining and executing performance marketing strategies and business plans that promote sustainable growth.
- Managing and optimizing marketing activities across all channels, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
- Utilizing data and insights to deepen our understanding of target customers and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing in-house marketing team while collaborating with external partners to achieve exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing within high-growth consumer brands.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in launching and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and develop a talented marketing team.
