Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with executives to achieve revenue goals.
ResponsibilitiesYour primary duties will include:
- Developing new sales growth through proactive engagement with potential and existing customers
- Meeting revenue goals by closing identified opportunities, new targets, and growth accounts
- Assessing customers' information needs and connecting them with relevant resources
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Superior sales, business development, and client engagement skills
- Proven track record of sales growth success
- Knowledge of the latest product, market, and industry trends
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, and LinkedIn
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 plus commission/bonus, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, onsite wellness program, education assistance, 401(k) with matching, fitness bank, pre-tax transit program, time off banks, medical and childcare flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, volunteer time off, and referral bonus program.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year-
