Ryder System is a leading provider of transportation and logistics solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Rental Sales Management Trainee.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious professional to develop their skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and management. As a Rental Sales Management Trainee, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, generating rental and lease leads, managing rental assets, and meeting overall Ryder market share.

You will work closely with our experienced team members to learn the ropes and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development, with potential to relocate within the region or across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and generate rental and lease leads
  • Maintain accurate data within our marketing database
  • Manage rental assets, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
  • Meet overall Ryder market share through successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least one year of customer service experience with issue resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High energy, self-motivated, and able to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
