Territory Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team at Alphatec Spine. This role requires a self-starter with the ability to independently set and meet aggressive goals and objectives, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve quota and increase market share within targeted areas. They will also be responsible for collaborating with sales management to establish territory selling strategy/tactics, responding to customer needs, and maintaining account records.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be willing to comply with Commercial policies, including commitment to attend annual training and certification
- Strong business and functional acumen
- Specific knowledge of orthopedic medical devices and general OR protocols
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
