**Job Description Summary**

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Sales Focus Inc. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate products, services, or solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Previous sales experience, especially in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.

The compensation package includes base pay plus uncapped commission, with an estimated earning potential of $45,000+ to $70,000+. Our typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day, usually between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm but can be adjusted according to your preferences.
