**About the Opportunity:**

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for our commercial entry door product lines in Nashville and surrounding areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience calling on business-to-business accounts
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
