Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our manufacturing process and customer interaction for new projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking a project from start to finish and ensuring its successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Work closely with operations managers and production schedulers to define project timelines and key benchmarks.
    • Coordinate adherence to project definition and scope of work per customer RFQ and quote documentation.
    • Track and manage change requests related to items outside the original project scope.
  • Project Budgeting and Invoicing
    • Manage project budgets, including direct labor hours on a weekly basis.
    • Work with the accounting department to ensure timely invoicing per the terms of the quote/P.O.
  • Project Coordination and Issue Resolution
    • Establish, track, and maintain the open issue list related to the project.
    • Work with all departments to resolve open issues in a timely manner to ensure project success.
    • Facilitate Rolling Action Items List issue closure.
  • Quality Assurance and Documentation
    • Take charge of quality assurance throughout each project.
    • Ensure all documentation is finalized and property passed to the customer.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • General understanding of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and machine building practices.
